The Norwalk Mentor Scholarship

The first Norwalk Mentor Scholarship was awarded on June 14, 1995, in the amount of $1,000.  Since then we have increased this one-time scholarship to $2,000 and have awarded over 200 students with scholarships.  These students, some of whom have been with their Mentors since elementary school through high school graduation, can and very often do, testify as to what a difference it has made having a Mentor in their lives.  Our scholarship recipients may take their awards on to a 2-year or 4-year college/university or a vocational/technical school/program.
